Capitol Underground places a very high value on the planning of a project before starting. During the planning phase, we work with the client and their engineer to evaluate all the potential construction problems and to develop a schedule that establishes milestones for the project and identifies the sequence of work activities.

Throughout construction, our field supervision maintains daily contact with all of the Project Team members, to ensure the schedule is maintained and timely completion is achieved. Our ability to finish projects on time and within budget allows us to provide a seamless transition for project closeout and streamline the turnover process.
