Capitol Underground, Inc. is a public works contractor, founded in 1976. The company’s work emphasis includes water and sewer installations for residential subdivisions, commercial business parks, sewage district interceptor sewers and municipal public works reconstruction projects. Capitol Underground, Inc. has a long standing history of successfully completing projects for developers and municipalities in the Madison metropolitan area and surrounding communities. We are proud of the strong reputation we have established with our customers and we constantly strive to provide competitive pricing, high quality workmanship and on time delivery.
Since its inception, the key to our success has been our personnel.
